Good Deeds Happening in December!

Next Wednesday, December 6, the National Honors Society will be hosting Cocoa and Cram in the cafeteria from 2:15 - 3:30 pm. This is an opportunity for all PVHS students who need tutoring for finals to be helped by NHS members. Free cookies and hot cocoa will be provided to those who attend. We hope to see you there!

​PVHS-JAG is hosting their 10th Annual Toy Drive benefiting children and families in need through St. Vincent de Paul. This year we are asking our great PV School Community to be as generous as they can and donate toys to make the holidays brighter for a child. We ask that the toys be gently used or new and unwrapped. We understand this time of year can be very difficult and many go through a lot of challenges, disabling them from providing for their loved ones. However, if you are able to donate a toy or two, it will be greatly appreciated regardless of the value or size of the toy. We are accepting toys through Friday, December 15th and we just ask our community to consider this request. Have your student bring in the toys to their 2nd block. The class who donates the most toys wins a donut party! OR you are welcome to drop off toys in the front office.

Please help the PVHS PTO thank our teachers and staff for all their hard work in 2023 and wish them a wonderful winter break.  On behalf of all PV families, we will be giving them Holiday Bags o’ Goodies on Monday, December 18. You can sign up for specific items to show your thanks using the Sign Up Genius. Please bring all donations to the PV Admin office no later than Wednesday, December 13, by 3pm, so that we can assemble the bags and show our appreciation for our PV teachers and staff. Thank you in advance for your participation and support.
